As a result of our commitment to innovative technology and our continuous investment in our operations, our world class manufacturing facilities has over 21,000 square feet of Class 100,000 (ISO 8) clean rooms, this manufactures a range of wound dressings, including alginate fibre production, nonwoven productions, dressing conversion, packaging, mixing/filling, and all associated operations.
UMT is one of the very few OEM manufacturers with full in-house manufacturing capabilities for fibrous wound dressings, and its silver version, including alginate fibre spinning, carding/nonwoven and packaging, this allows us to have full control of all aspects of the quality and supply chain activities.
Quality and compliance to regulations are at the heart of all activities from concept and design through to development and manufacturing. We pride ourselves on having in-house technical expertise enabling the provision of ongoing up-to-date support to our customers.
